Tina has been a friend and supporter of mine since not long after I joined DA, so I was pretty stoked when Eric, her husband to be at that time (and now husband) comissioned me to paint her as a wedding gift,
all done in secret and very hush hush, to be sent over to Canada and await her in the house he was building for the upcoming married life.
Its been kinda hard keeping my mouth shut about it for the last 6 months, but now its all been unveiled, and heartly aproved of by the subejct, yay!


I actually nearly painted this image from my contest thing a awhile back, but chickened out because I thought balancing the colours would be too hard....and it WAS like, hard...
However I did get it right I believe, but the photo does NOT tell the story. In fact I hate the photo.
Just imagine it all has a really nice glow, the skin is heaps less contrasty and harsh....and it like, looks better :/

What counts is the person it was intended for has the real one, and doesn't have to take my word for it
Obviously there will be no better photo coming, due to the fact the painting is now 25 000 (?) kms away from me..
