Girl without Pearl Earing

AS the title suggests, this was partially inspired by the Vemeer work "the girl with the pearl earing", but as usual I've wandered away from where a started quite a lot.
Its been a while since I painted Karen, so I wanted to make it a spiecal one. The original has really really thick texture (more then an inch in many places) and the scale helps with the overall impact as well of course.
I'm pretty fond of this one I must addmit.
